This is not official minutes

A total of 46 proposals were presented at the Fall meeting.  Each Association was responsible for taking the propsals to their local clubs for input and final voting to be held at  theSpring meeting on Sunday, March 27, 2011  Each Association is allowed 2 votes - 1 for Running and 1 for Pleasure.  Majority vote (51%) will determine the results.

10 of the 46 proposals were passed.  The highlights of those 10 are:

Proposal # 35 Set the work schedule in time increments from beginning to end.  Ex:  the past year most
workers had a set time (2:00 - 3:00) but the last schedules at night said 9:00 till finish.
Those workers were there for longer period.
This will take effect with the 2011 State Show

Proposal # 38 Eliminate "clapping" our of Rule 10 under Running Chute
This will take effect with the 2011 State Show

Proposal # 42 Allow Thursday as the move in day.
NOTE:  Discussion on this proposal resulted in agreement that further approval from the Fairgrounds and cost factor must be reviewed.  The Host Club will make the final decision and advise prior to the 2011 State Show.

Proposal # 44 - It it is determined that each Association will be in the same position in regard to the drag in
each event, the drag will be adjusted so that the same association is not first and the same
                          association is not last, etc.
This will take effect with the 2011 State Show and will be reviewed as the program book layout is prepared.
